Supporting the socio-professional insertion of vulnerable groups of migrants through the provision of support services for the development of skills for socio-professional insertion and job placement

PERCORSI was a project carried out by 6 construction schools and concerning the orientation and socio-working insertion of vulnerable groups of migrants.
It was financed by ANPAL Servizi, the Italian National Agency of support to the Ministry of Labor for actions relating to training and job placement

Aim

Supporting the socio-professional insertion of vulnerable groups of migrants through the provision of a series of support services for the development of skills for socio-professional insertion and job placement

Outcomes

Impacts/Outcomes 1:
Impact:
• Greater foreign employment
• Foreigners more integrated into the social contest
• Less undeclared work
• Less unemployment
• Greater synergy between institutions and organizations that in various capacities deal with socio-working integration

Outcomes:
• All workers who participated in the project had a CV in European format
• All workers have been made a balance of skills to measure the work preparation already in their origin country
• About 40 socio-occupational integration pathways have been activated
