The CCCA-BTP as a Vocational and Educational Training provider for the sector has analysed the European Sectoral Skills Alliance to innovate for renewing the construction training in Europe, in a webinar organised on April 9th, 2019.

Marek Lawinski and Franck Le Nuellec, project officers of Construction Blueprint at this institution, have reviewed the project and the opportunity it represents for the CCCA-BTP and its network to develop its training offer in line with the expectations of the economic world.

During the presentations, they discussed how we can identify in an optimal way and anticipate the development of commercial activities in companies in order to translate them into professionalization actions. In short, they tried to answer how learning can be adapted to the professions and their needs.
They considered that to achieve these challenges it is necessary to be in line with the economic world, the environment, technological advances and new human resources.
