The “Femmes de métier” website aims to support women who want to work in this sector, by giving them advice, assistance or training and promoting the image of  women in construction. There you can find testimonials from women who work in construction and who can be contacted directly to share their experience. Meetings between women were also organized. This site was also intended to break down stereotypes.
