Description

Erasmus+ project to create an effective set of competence standards for VET trainers of the construction industry, as well as elaboration of set of procedures for competence validation

Project under the Erasmus+ programme titled: Certified VET trainer in the construction sector (CertiVET - 2014-1-PL01-KA202-003624)was realized between 2014 and 2016 in the European consortium composed of 5 institutions engaged in the vocational education and training, development of the national qualification system and vocational competence for the labour market and directed towards building sector and in accordance to e-learning opportunities.

Partners

Instytut Technologii Eksploatacji – Państwowy Instytut Badawczy – ITeE-PIB – Leader Partner, Konfederacja Budownictwa i Nieruchomości – KBiN, Związek Zawodowy “Budowlani” - ZZB), Romanian (Universitea Galatii) and French representatives (Comite de Concertation et de Coordination de l' Apprentissage du Batiment et des Travaux Publi - CCCCA-BTP).

Aim

- to create an effective set of competence standards for VET trainers in TIDS, based on this research and the cooperation between the experts from the partners countries and on the needs resulted from the labor market,
- to elaborate a set of procedures for competence validation, based on solutions related to the ECVET system as well as the training material for VET trainers in the construction sector
- to provide a set of software tools able to put in practice the procedures of competence validation and qualification previously created in the frame of the project
- to integrate the work results in a consistent model of certification of qualification, that will be evaluated and certified in the partners countries

Outcomes

Impacts/Outcomes 1:
Analysis report on existing profiles and tasks regarding competence standards or other relevant documents of VET trainer in the construction sector on the basis of the Interior Drywall System Installers.
Comparative studies and development of the certification and validation systems/ models for VET trainers in the construction sector in all partners’ countries.

Impacts/Outcomes 2:
Professional competence standard for the VET trainer in the construction sector, including national competence standards with comparison to EQF and focuses on the construction sector.
Modular training curricula for VET trainers specializing in Drywall System, including the ECVET rules and competence gap diagnosis. Modular Programme Package for learner
