Forum for the exchange of experience among all relevant actors and stakeholders working for the development of the construction sector.
The project entitled 'SECTOR COUNCIL FOR COMPETENCES IN CONSTRUCTION' is implemented on the basis of contract No. POWR 02.12.00-00-0006 / 16-00 signed on behalf of the Partnership by ZZ 'Budowlani' with the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development on 22.12.2016.The Council is a forum for the exchange of experience between the sphere of formal, non-formal and informal education, research units and entrepreneurs operating in construction with the participation of social dialogue institutions (trade unions and employers' organizations), professional self-government and other stakeholders, working for the development of the construction sector by increasing knowledge about his qualification and professional needs. Sectoral Competence Councils are bottom-up initiatives - industry for the industry. 7 selected councils allow entrepreneurs to influence educational services - what and how Polish schools, colleges and training institutions teach.

Aim
The main goal of the project is to establish, organize and ensure the functioning, also after its completion in 2022, of the Sectoral Council for Competences in Construction
Outcomes

Giving opinions on legal acts related to VET in construction, recommending new legal acts, advising the Minister for Construction on qualifications in construction, implementation and updating of the Sectoral qualifications framework in construction
Impacts/Outcomes 2:
Developing new tools for standardization, validation and certification of qualifications in construction, recommending new qualifications, monitoring existing qualifications in construction, reports
Impacts/Outcomes 3:
Signing of educational agreements of employers with training and educational institutions, monitoring of training & educational needs

Mis-Matching of Skills:
Review of existing qualifications and recommendation of changes desired by the construction market
Skills Shortages:
Recommending new fields of education and training to be introduced into the Integrated Qualifications System

Training:- Launching new fields of integrated higher education (5 years) - EQF levels 6 and 7
- Periodic recommendations of training & educational areas for projects supported from EU and national funds
Transfer in Europe:
Dissemination of good practices from the systems of other European countries and ERASMUS + projects
