The Panhellenic Association of Engineers Contractors of Public Works has celebrated during July seven infodays to close the European project to the Greek society from Trikala, Volos, Alexandroupoli, Thessaloniki, Hiraklion, Agrinio and Tripoli.
Throughout July 2019, the Greek partner Pedmede has carried out seven Construction Blueprint dissemination events to raise awareness of the importance of addressing the current needs of the construction sector. In addition, they have highlighted the importance to reinforce qualification and training of sectoral workers and future employees, related with digitalization, energy efficiency, circular economy and sustainability.
Together with this aim, the partner has presented the project objective to identify the skills needs of today’s workforce, trying to persuade attendees of the need to strengthen workers’ skills.
These events were held from 9th to 29th July 2019 in the cities of Trikala, Volos, Alexandroupoli, Thessaloniki, Hiraklion, Agrinio and Tripoli.
