National service authorized by Social Partners of the Buildng Sector and by the Ministry of labour, managed by Formedil to facilitate matching between unemployed workers and construction companies.
Since 2012 Formedil purpose is also to facilitate matching between unemployed workers and construction companies.
For this pourpose Formedil has set up a national service authorized by Social Partners of the Buildng Sector and by the Ministry of labour. This project is called “Borsa Lavoro Edile Nazionale”- acronym “BLEN.it”.
BLEN.it is structured by the national coordination of Formedil and a network of 104 center desk for employment that are located at the Building Schools. These desks active workers orientation skills, identification of training proposals, matching between demand and supply of labor. The Building Schools carry out all these activities with the important partnership of the territorial Employment Centers (public institution); the Employment Center supports the Building School with lots of activities, for example they provide the confirmation on employment status, identify the unemployed workers, etc…
BLEN.it has a national website accessible at http://www.blen.it wich is linked to the national database of the Italian Ministry of Labour (ww.anpal.it) at to all regional public administration databases regarding the labour market.
By BLEN.it Formedil also promotes some measures to update the knowledge, the skills and competence of the workers in specific new field of work or to define new occupational profiles (e.c. Repertorio delle Competenze e Banca dati formazione).
BLEN.it is a completely free service to workers and enterprises.
