The Authority for Working Conditions (ACT) is a service of the State that aims to promote the improvement of working conditions throughout the continental territory by controlling compliance with labor standards in the context of private labor relations and by promoting safety and health at work. in all public and private sectors of activity.
The Health and Safety Guide facilitates and allows micro and small companies the possibility of organizing their activities related to Occupational Health and Hygiene.
OiRA's sector tools (promoted by ACT) are available for use by micro and small companies in carrying out risk assessments, helping them to produce a documented assessment that is appropriate to their needs. The download of the tools is free and they can be easily accessed by clicking on the relevant link. Each link is accompanied by a brief description of the tool and the name of the OiRA partner who developed it. You can search for tools by country, language and sector.

Aim
The aim to improve the Health and Safety and hygiene of the workers and staff in SMES (micro and
SMEs) for the construction industry using guidelines and on-line tools.

Improve Health and Safety procedures in SMES for free.

Skills Gaps:Improve the skills gaps related to H&S and Hygiene for all micro and small companies with the
possibility of a risk analysis on the work to be carried out.
