Description

The project has been financed by Emilia Romagna region and has seen the involvement of the unified bodies/building schools of Emilia Romagna region and Formedil. The project foresees the realization of BIM and energy efficiency courses of 16-24 -32 hours depending on the typology of the project.

Aim

The aim of the project is to make companies aware of new technologies and energy efficiency and to improve the skills of their workers and technicians through the provision of training courses created ad hoc

Outcomes

Impacts/Outcomes 1:
Increasing the culture of technological innovation and energy efficiency

Increasing e-skills and energy efficiency of the technicians

Raising companies' awareness about digital innovation and energy efficiency issues

Skills Gaps:
Acquiring new strategic, technical and operational skills necessary to manage technological, digital and energy efficiency innovation processes
Mis-Matching of Skills:
The project had the task of increasing and improving digital and green skills in relation to labour market demand.
Skills Shortages:
Lack of technological and digital skills to manage the instrumental resources to support work activities.
