The course Yes! BIM aims to offer an overview, simplified and easy to understand about BIM (Building Information Management).

The course covers the following topics:

• Introduction to the general framework of the BIM process, the standards used and the related specific terminology, to help the student understand how BIM is integrated into the construction industry and all the advantages and difficulties are identified.
• Practical aspects of the use of BIM in the different phases of a construction project with an overview of the different collaboration tools and modeling platforms, as well as the advantages of digital technology in construction processes.
• Value of the strategic management of BIM in the construction sector and its comparison with traditional processes. The student will also understand the general functioning of BIM in terms of information workflows, protocols and data exchange.
